Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the Pioneer Tech app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by pioneer project exicuter (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Name
• Email Address
• Physical Address
• Location (GPS)
• IP Address
• Contacts
• Biometric Data
• Usage Data
• Cookies & Tracking

The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Legal Basis for Processing

The Service Provider processes your personal data on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where you have given clear consent to process your personal data for a specific purpose;
• Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take pre-contractual steps at your request;
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider, such as improving the Application and preventing fraud, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at altamashraza986@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Your Rights Under the GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to request a copy of the personal data the Service Provider holds about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request that the Service Provider restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
• Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where the Service Provider relies on legitimate interests as a legal basis.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that the Service Provider has not complied with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country. In the EU, this is typically the data protection authority (DPA) in your member state of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If the Service Provider transfers personal data outside the EEA, it will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your data.

How does the Application address children's privacy?

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at altamashraza986@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Application may contain links to external websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. The Service Provider strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of any third-party websites you visit. The Service Provider has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

How is your information kept secure?

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. Please be aware that, although the Service Provider endeavours to provide reasonable security for information it processes and maintains, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

How do you give your consent?

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer or mobile device, or using or interacting with information in any way, including but not limited to collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information. If you do not consent to the processing of your information in this way, please do not use the Application.
